Reservation Policies

Client shall settle the total amount of reservation immediately before the event and after the event for add on if any through cash or check payable to Velvet Ganache Boulangerie and Patisserie.

The down payment shall be forfeited as penalty if and when:

a. Cancellation of the function seventy two hours (72) before the function date, the down payment will be reimbursed to seventy five percent (75%) of the total amount paid.

b. Cancellation happened less than forty eight hours (48) prior to the function date, the reimbursement will be fifty percent (50%) of the down payment.

c. Cancellation less than twenty four (24) hours prior to the function date, the whole down payment will be forfeited.

Last orders of food is at 8:45pm beyond that No order shall be entertained. Additional charge of Php. 1,000 is added to the bill upon 9:31pm to 10:00pm and of the succeeding 30 minutes.

The number of guests reserved in the contract is final and not subject to reduction unless Client notifies The Velvet Ganache Boulangerie and Patisserie not less than seventy two hours (72) prior to event.
